Re: HS Systems Entrance on West 45th Street

Dear Ms. Jones:

For nearly four years now, Community Board No.4 has received numerous complaints about HS Systems and its inability to conduct business without an overwhelming adverse impact on the neighborhood. Any amelioration of the complained of conditions are fleeting. For nearly four years now, you and your organization have continually failed to realize committed changes to remedy the various egregious situations that continue to diminish the quality of life of community residents.

Specifically, MS Systems’ clients continue to park and idle their cars illegally on West 45th Street. Clients continue to loiter on the street outside of the facility and down the block. Litter continues to accumulate on the street and sidewalk outside of HS Systems. Please do whatever is necessary to rectify these ongoing problems and to contribute to the betterment of this neighborhood and our fair city. Rest assured, we will be relentless in our pursuit to hold HS Systems accountable for these conditions.

HS Systems will be discussed at our next Quality of Life meeting. Your attendance at this meeting is requested so that we can discuss a permanent, lasting solution to this ongoipg problem.
