The Astor Court

The Astor Court – otherwise known as 305 West 45th Street – is one of the oldest buildings on West 45th between 8th and 9th Avenues. This Astor Court is not to be confused with the other Astor Court on the Upper West Side.

Although construction occurred mostly in 1914, the year 2015 marks the 100th year anniversary of the opening of the building. Over the years, we’ve acquired many clippings on the building, some of which are posted below. From the research on the building, tenants were able to obtain legal victories entitling them to a security guard and basement storage cages.
